    Are you talking about the ROI on the database purchase or the ROI purchasing notes?

    If notes the real estate collateralized notes face shows a lower yield but usually a better ROI and are more liquid.

    Business note show higher face yield but usually net lower ROI and are less liquid.

    Moreover, you total net yield will depend on the total amount of notes bought. That is, if you only buy $200,000 worth of notes and include the database cost, then your net ROI will be less then if you purchased $200,000,000 worth of notes spreading out your cost of the database if all other things remain equal.
