    until your score are over 620 in the middle of all 3 reports you have no shot at a mortgage at all. You must work on the things that made your credit bad and work on the things that make your credit good all at the same time

    Not these days. Banks stopped giving loans to people who cannot manage their finances about 2 years ago. If you cannot manage your finances as is, what makes you think you can handle a VERY large debt and obligation??

    When you’re in a not good position and have got no money to get out from that, you will have to receive the credit loans. Just because it will help you unquestionably. I take sba loan every year and feel good because of it.
